<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974 - 37 <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />I CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 22nd day of July, 1974, the City Council of the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br />regular meeting place in the City Hall of said City, with the <br />following members present, to wit: <br />DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br />TED BREHIAN <br />BILL CUNNINGHAM <br />BILL DIBRELL <br />LUCIANO FLORES <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />KENNETH SU'ITON <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br />and the following absent: none <br />a quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br />Councilman Craddock introduced the proposed ordinance <br />and same was read in full. Councilman Sutton moved that <br />the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting <br />of the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be <br />passed as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of <br />said ordinance, and that said ordinance become effective im- <br />mediately from and after its passage.
