<br />56 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974 - 50 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER l8 OF THE CODE <br />OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY ENTITLED <br />"PARKS AND RECREATION," BY ENACTING A <br />NEW SECTION NUMBERED 18-2 ENTITLED <br />"PROHIBITING DISRUPTIVE CONDUCT, ETC." <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />That a new Section 18-2, Chapter 18 entitled <br /> <br />"Prohibiting Disruptive Conduct, etc." be, and is hereby, enacted <br /> <br />so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />"PART l. That it shall be unlawful for any person to willfully <br />interfere with, disrupt, or prevent the orderly conduct of <br />any supervised play or amusement program being conducted by <br />the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of San Marcos <br />in any building, swimming pool, playground, or park area <br />located in or on any public property within the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PART 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person to remain in <br />any building, swimming pool, playground, or park area located <br />in or on any public property within the City of San Marcos <br />after being advised by the supervisor of a supervised play or <br />amusement program being conducted by the Parks and Recreation <br />Department of the City of San Marcos in or on any public pro- <br />perty that he is interfering with, disrupting, or preventing <br />the orderly conduct of such supervised play or amusement pro- <br />gram and after having been asked to leave any building, <br />swimming pool, playground, or park area located in or on any <br />public property within the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 3. That public property as used herein shall mean any <br />property held for public use by any department or branch of <br />government, Federal, State, County, School, or Municipal." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
