<br />70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-30-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE"A <br />LICENSE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH THE MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS <br />RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE LAYING OF A EIGHT-INCH SANITARY <br />SEWER PIPELINE ACROSS RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has requested permission from the MKT <br />Railroad to cross railroad right-of-way with a eight-inch sanitary sewer <br />pipeline; and, <br /> <br />"~EREAS, said railroad company requires a resolution evidencing the Mayor's <br />authority to execute a license to cross said right-of-way; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That the Mayor be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a license <br />on behalf of the City of San Marcos permitting the City of San Marcos to <br />cross MKT tracks and right-of-way with an eight-inch sewer pipeline near <br />Mile Post 1020.97, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />Part 2.
