104 RESOLUTION NO. 1974 - 34 - R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN ASSIGNMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL LEASE HELD BY TEXAS SOARING CENTER, INC., TO MR. ALLEN SCHOEFERKOETER. I WHEREAS, Texas Soaring Center, Inc., has respectfully requested that the Agricultural Lease held by it be assigned and assumed by Mr. Allen Schoeferkoeter; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that Mr. Schoeferkoeter should become the owner of said lease and should assume all the rights and responsibilities attendant thereto; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the Agricultural Lease held by Texas Soaring Center, Inc., at the Municipal Airport located at Camp Gary, Caldwell County, Texas, be, and is hereby, in all things approved; so as to place all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities attendant thereto in Mr. Allen Schoeferkoeter. PART 2. This approval is based upon the assurance by Mr. Schoeferkoeter that the entire terms of the original lease agreement between the City of San Marcos and Texas Soaring Center, Inc., is in all things unchanged; it being expressly understood that Mr. Schoeferkoeter has assumed the entire Agricultural Lease Agreement between Texas Soaring Center, Inc., and the City of San Marcos, and all the terms and conditions attendant to said agreement. PART 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
