<br />111 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974 - 74 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 29 ENTITLED flTRAFFIC, ARTICLE V ENTITLED flTRAFFIC <br />CONTROL DEVICES", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF <br />BAN MARCOS BY ADDING A NEW SECTION NUMBERED 29-120 AND <br />ENTITLED "DESIGNATION OF RIGHT TURNS ONLyfI. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos desires to permit right <br /> <br />turns only to designated lanes of traffic at certain intersections within the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 29, Article V of the Code of Ordinances of the City <br /> <br />of San Marcos, Texas, be, and is hereby, amended by adding a new section <br /> <br />numbered 29';'120 entitled "Designation of Right Turns Only", so as to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 29-120. Designation of Right Turns Only. <br />The following lanes of traffic at the intersections designated <br />below shall be permitted to turn right only: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.)
