<br />127-b <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />In the event either~party shall violate any term or provision <br />of this lease, the party not in default shall give the defaulting <br />party notice thereof, unless such default complained of shall, in <br />fact, constitute a default hereunder, and the same is not corrected <br />within fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt of such written <br />notice, and the party in default shall not have an option to <br />determinate this agreement, and in the event of such termination <br />as at the beginning of this lease, except for ordinary depreciation <br />and except for any changes brought about by weather conditioning <br />or other conditions ~eyond Lessee's control. <br /> <br />It is further expressly understood by Lessee that he shall at <br />all times operate and maintain the lease premises in such a manner <br />so as to make said lease premises available to the public at all <br />times for use for aeronautical purposes compatible with the terms and <br />intent of this lease, and Lessee herein covenants, promises, and <br />agrees, that at no time will he discriminate against any person, <br />group, or association based upon that person's, group's or <br />associations' race, color, creed, sex, or national origin.
