<br />129 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-43-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE GARDEN CENTER OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SAN MARCOS CEMETERY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY FOR SAID SERVICES. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos has previously heard <br /> <br />the proposal of the Garden Center for the maintenance of the San Marcos <br /> <br />Cemetery; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that said contract should be <br /> <br />executed; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the contract with the Garden Center of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, <br /> <br />and is hereby, in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Mr. James Baugh, be, and i" hereby, authorized <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />to execute said contract on behalf of the City pursuant to the terms and <br /> <br />conditions expressed herein. <br /> <br />PART 3.
