133-a EXHIBIT A DRAINAGE TRACT ON SESSOM DRIVE 4 FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION of a survey of a tract o~ iLan.d of 1730 square feet of land area in the T.J. Chambers League, Hays County, Texas and, being a part of that tract ofD.59 acres conveyed to R.R. Rush by deed recorded in Volume 105, page 226 of the Hays County Deed Records being that same tract conveyed by R.R. Rush to the City of San Marcos by deeo dated and recorded in Volume , page.. of the Hays County Deed Records and is more particularly deScribed as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the South line of that 8.065 acre tract of land conveyed to John M. Pool by deed recorded in Volume 200, page 306, of the Hays County Deed Records said 8.065 acre tract now owned by others and the Marth line of the abova referenced R.R. Rush 0.59 acre tract from which point an iron Bin found for the South corner of the 8.065 acre tract bears S 6SP04 E 129.03 feet; THENCE with. the common line of the 0.59 acre tract and the 13.06B acre tract the following courses numbered 1 and 2: 1. N 38010 W 59.97 feet; and 2. S 5803TW 86.00 feet to a point for the West corner of this tract; THENCE, leaving the South line of the 8.065 acre tract and the North line of the 0.59 acre tract S 31023 E 14.0 feet; - THENCE N 60037 E 86.05 feet; THENCE N 81043 E 51.23 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINN~NG, There being contained within these metes and bounds 1730 square feet of land area as surveyed on the ground during December 1974 under the direction of James E. Byrn, Registered Public Surveyot,No.1810-C of San Marcos, Texas. .
