If the wall construc- <br />tion is not suitable for telephone company's <br />standard outlet mounting and face plate, or <br />if such material is not satisfactory to the <br />builder or contractor, then builder may <br />supply suitable outlet boxes at his expense. <br />Telephone Company will place its wires through <br />such mountings and make the necessary altera- <br />tions at time of telephone installation. <br /> <br />(2) Concealed wiring after the walls <br />are closed and no conduit provided: <br /> <br />a. Each outlet <br />b.
