l'OljL= 14 2. TERMINATION CHARGES - CENTREX Service will be furnished at the same location. I (a) Amount of charge as specified by special contract. (b) The minimum contract term is five years. (c) The termination charges will apply when CENTREX service is reduced requiring the removal of CENTREX main station lines. (d) Dormitory stations may have service suspended for the interim between the spring and fall semesters without incurring termi- nation charges; however, a reconnect ion charge of $2.25 per station will be made (Except after suspension for non-payment-- See Service Suspensions). 3. The termination charges will apply for CENTREX service if discontin- ued or transferred to another address before the expiration of the initial contract period. The termination charges shall be reduced by 1/60 for each month the service is retained in service at the same location. 4. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT - Where a contract for CENTREX service is cancelled after the required equipment and facilities have been purchased by Company, but before service is established, the termination charges will be applied as if the service had actually been established. .
