Cochran tract and the, Leath tract, said point being northeast of the Old Uhland Road 332 feet and I 300 feet northwest of the Old Highway 81, and is a re~entrant corner of the present City Limits; THENCE N 450 19' W 954.10 feet to a point on the northwest line of the Siesta Gardens Mobile Home Park, being a City limit line; THENCE in a northeasterly direction along the northeast line of Sie~ta Gardens Mobile Home Park, also being a City limit line, approximately 185.0 feet to a point; THENCE with the southeast line of Siesta Mobile Home Park 430 feet to a point; THENCE with -the northeast I ine of said mobile home park, also being a City Limit line, 790.94 feet to a point being the most south- easterly corner of said mobile home park; THfNCE N 440 58 E approximately 75 feet to the north corner of a 5.27 acre tract; THENCE S 450 02 E approximately 12 feet to. the west corner of a 5.15 acre tract; THENCE N 440 58 E approximately 4325 feet to the intersection of this I ine and the northwest I ine of IH 35; THENCE in a southwesterly direction with the northwest I ine of IH 35 approximately 3200 feet to a concrete monument set in the old Highway 81 I ine at the east corner of the Mulvihill tract as recorded in Volume 134 Page 635; THENCE N 790 09 W 189.0 feet with the present City Limit to a concrete monument;
