JOC ' A METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION OF SEVEN TRACTS FIELDNOTE DESCRIPTION OF seven tracts of parcels of land I lying adjacent to and contiguous with the present City L.imits of the City of San Marcos, Texas, whiCh are more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: TRACT ONE: This tract lies generally west of the present City Limits. BEGINNING at a point for the southwest corner of Lot 7 Block 2 of the Hofein~ and Carrol Addition and the point of intersection of the northeast line of Be I vi n Street and the northwest I ,j ne of F M 2439; THENCE N 45 w 327 7/9 feet with the present City Limits line and the southwest line of Lot 7 Block 2 and Lot 7 Block 3 II of said Addition to the northwest corner of Lot 7 Block 3; THENCE crossing Bel~in Street on an extension of the south- west I.i ne of Lot 7 Block 3 N 45 w 50 feet to the northwest line of Belvin Street, same being the southeast Ijne of the J.B. Combs Addition No.2 and the southeast line of Lot 6 of said addition; THENCE with the so'utheast I ine of Lot 6 of said J.B. Combs Addition No.2 S 45 W approximately 50 feet to the south corner of the said Lot No.6; I THENCE with the southwest I ine of the J.B. Combs Addition No.2 N 45 W 344.44 feet pass the west corner of this addition, con- tinuing a total distance of 545.54 feet to the south corner of Dixon Street;
