<br />,. <br />)oj <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />FIELD NOTES OF A TRACT OF 6.080 ACRES OF LAND AREA OUT OF <br />THE WILLIAM PETTUS SURVEY AND BEING PORTION OF CAMP GARY, <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS. <br /> <br />II BEGINNING at an iron stake found ,at an interior corner of that <br />tract of 1303.055 acres of land conveyed to City of San Marcos <br /> <br />by the United States of America, said iron stake being in an <br /> <br />expansion Joint of concrete apron 250' south of the north edge <br /> <br />of said apron and being N ]0 00' W 616.80 feet from an iron <br /> <br />stake called for 30 feet from the centerline of Kane Avenue; <br /> <br />THENCE, 250 feet from and parallel to the north edge of the <br />concrete apron N 870 00 E 700.40 feet to a nail set in <br /> <br />the expansion Joint; <br /> <br />THENCE, S 20 58 E, passing at 249.92 feet the south edge of the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />concrete apron, continuing in all 464.15 feet to an iron pin <br /> <br /> <br />set, said iron pin being 88.48 feet from the southeast corner <br /> <br />of the foundation of building 6-351 and 102 feet from the most <br /> <br />southerly pole of a three pole transformer bank; <br /> <br />THENCE, S 870 00 W 293.39 feet to an "XU chiseled in a concrete <br /> <br />drive; <br /> <br />THENCE, N 20 ~8 W with the west edge of said concrete drive <br /> <br />148.00 feet to an iron pin set; <br /> <br />THENCE, S 878 00 W passing 14.1 feet north of the foundation of <br /> <br />building 5-360 and 5-359, 407.10 feet iron pin set under a <br /> <br />barbed wire fence; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THENCE, N 30 00 W passing at 66.18 feet the south edge of said <br />concrete apron continuing is all 316.18 feet to the PLACE OF <br /> <br />BEGINNING. There being contained within these metes and bounds <br /> <br />6.080 acres of land area as surveyed on the ground by James E. Byrn, <br /> <br />RPCE 28789. <br /> <br />L <br />
