I I I 1973 - 29 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A THIRD AMENDED COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, IN CONNECTION WITH AN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT TEX. A-6 WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the purpose of expediting and assuring the completion of the Urban Renewal Project, NDP Project, Tex. A-6, located within the city limits of the City of San Marcos, Texas. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1: The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Third Amended Cooperation Agreement with the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the undertaking and completion of the Urban Renewal Project, NDP Project, Tex. A-6, within the City of San Marcos, Texas. SECTION 2: The Third Amended Cooperation Agreement is attached hereto as EXHIBIT "A" and made a part hereof and hereby approved. SECTION 3: All,Ordinances shall be read at three separate meetings and that no Ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of 10 days following the date of its final passage. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption, and publication in a newspaper of general pUblica- tion within the City.
