W~LL~CE l~ND (TH~T L~ND BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE COUNTY RO~D; ON THE WEST BY STAPLES ROAD [EXCEPT FOR BLOCK 1; BLOCK 3 LOTS 1-6; BLOCK 6, lOTS 1-8; BLOCK 9 LOTS 1-8 AND A 20S.7 FEET SQUARE TRACT LOCATED ON THE SOUTH] AND EAST BY THE CITY LIMITS BOUNDARY LINE), FROM "M" (MIXED) AND "0" (MULTIFAMILY) TO "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: That the follOl,ing described piece of real property located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned "M" (mixed) and D"D-(multifamily) henceforth shall be rezoned, such rezoning to be effective after legal passage of this ordinance, and publ ication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area: C.D. Wallace and Partition of Benito and Francisca Cruz Land (That Land bounded on the North by the County Road; on the west by Staples Road [except for block 1; block 3 lots 1-6; block 6, lots 1-8 block 9 lots 1-8 and a 208.7 feet square tract located on the south] and east by the city I imits boundary I ine), from "M" (mixed) and "0" (multifamily) to "R-l" (single family residential). PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading July 9, 1973. PASSED AND ~PPROVED'on second reading July 23, 1973.
