<br />1973 - 40 <br /> <br />/51 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE <br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE <br />OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 <br />(VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF TWO TRACTS OF LAND <br />OUT OF J.M. VERAMENDI LEAGUES NO. 1 AND 2 (SEE METES <br />AND BOUNDS ATTACHED), LOTS 1 THROUGH 7 OF BLOCK 1, LOTS <br />1 THROUGH 6 OF BLOCK 3 AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 4 OF BLOCK 4 <br />OF THE FAIRLAWN ADDITION, AND ALL OF THE W.P. DONALDSON <br />SUBDIVISION, LOCATED NEAR I.H. 35, FROM "R-l" (SfNGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "C" (COMMERCIAL). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: <br /> <br />That the following described pieces of real property located in <br /> <br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which are presently zoned "R-l" <br /> <br />(single family residential) henceforth shall be rezoned, such <br /> <br />rezoning to be effective after legal passage of this ordinance, <br /> <br />and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Approximately 124 acres in two tracts of land out of <br />J.M. Veramendi Leagues No. 1 and 2 (see metes and bounds <br />attached), lots 1 through 7 of Block 1, lots l,through 6 <br />of Block 3 and lots 1 through 4 of Block 4 of the Fairlawn <br />Addition, and all of the W.P.
