<br />5 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1973 - 50 <br /> <br />FOLLO~\j-UP ORDER <br /> <br />3~ATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN I~COS <br /> <br />On this the ~ day of Octobe.r <br /> <br />, 197~, the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in Regular <br />session at the regular meeting place in the Qity Hall of said <br />City, with the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />BDbY A, ETHEREDGE <br />HILLIAM L. CUNNINGHAM <br />GUILLERMO DeLa ROSA <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES <br />ROSS KING <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br /> <br />Hayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BILL DIBRELL <br /> <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, Ci ty Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: None , constituting <br /> <br />a quol~, at which time the following, among other proceedings, were <br /> <br />had, to wit: <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br /> <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br /> <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br /> <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br /> <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br /> <br />DeLa Rosa <br /> <br />passage. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Cunningham, DeLa Rosa, Dibrell, Etheredge, Flores, King, Tauch. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />l <br /> <br /> <br />
