CUNNINGHAM <br />GUILLERMO DeLa ROSA <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES <br />ROSS KING <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br /> <br />Hayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BILL DIBRELL <br /> <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, Ci ty Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: None , constituting <br /> <br />a quol~, at which time the following, among other proceedings, were <br /> <br />had, to wit: <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br /> <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br /> <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br /> <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br /> <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br /> <br />DeLa Rosa <br /> <br />passage.
