Boggus and ~essie D. Boggus, husband and wife, cony_eyed their pa~t of Caesoa Street to the extension of the South- east line of Norfolk ~treet aero-sa Carson Street to 2uanita C. ~/cCowen,et al, by deed of date November 19, 1969 and of record in Voltune ~.34, pages ~61-6~. of the ~eed Records of Hays County, Texas, and ~anita C. ~/cCowen conveyed all of he~ part of Carson Street to Nenry D.
