<br />I <br /> <br />I I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(b) Distribute all UHF and VHF telecasts originating in <br />both Travis County and Bexar County, and agrees to distribute <br />such telecasts as a part of its regular service unless Company <br />is requested not to distribute any such telecasts by the tele- <br />caster or by any person having a lawful right to prevent such <br />distribution. <br /> <br />(c) The Company must provide separate and full program <br />coverage of all signals originated by C.B.S., N.B.C., and A.B.C. <br />Networks. <br /> <br />(d) Distribute weather information service. <br /> <br />(e) Distribute audio signals requested by Civil Defense <br />and Disaster Authorities on all channels. <br /> <br />(f) The Company will provide the City one (1) connection <br />at a location of the City's choice free-of-charge. The Company <br />will further provide sufficient equipment to enable local Civil <br />Defense and Disaster Authorities to inte~rupt all broadcasting <br />for the purpose of audio announcements. This equipment is to be <br />located in the City of San Marcos Emergency Operating Center. <br />No charge is to be made for these services and equipment. <br /> <br />(g) Transmit signals at all hours of telecasting signals <br />which the Company is equipped to receive. <br /> <br />(h) The requirements listed in paragraphs a, b, and c of <br />this section shall be dependent upon rules and regulations <br />established by the Federal Communications Commission. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Company Staff <br /> <br />Company shall at all times maintain a sufficiently competent <br />staff to adequately service all of the equipment which it <br />furnishes, during all hours of telecast distribution. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Compliance with Applicable Laws and Ordinances <br /> <br />The Company shall, at all times during the life of this <br />grant, be subject to all lawful exercise of the police power <br />by the City and to such reasonable regulations as the City <br />shall hereafter by valid resolution or ordinance provide. <br /> <br />The Company further agrees to comply in all respects with <br />the provisions of the Charter of the City of San Marcos as it <br />now exists or may be amended. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Insurance <br /> <br />The Company shall procure and furnish and file with City <br />Secretary a policy of insurance approved by the City Attorney <br />covering liability and property damage with the minimum amounts <br />of liability thereunder as follows: One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000.00) for anyone single personal injury to anyone person; <br />Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) for personal injury <br />in anyone single accident; and One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000.00) property damage for anyone single accident. <br />
