Miscellaneous Requirements. <br /> <br />(1) Responsibil ities 2f ~ Park Management, <br /> <br />(~) All responsibil it~es setout elsewhere in this <br />OrdilJance. <br />(b) The licensee or his age,nt sha II operate' the park <br />in compl iancewith this and other'appl icable ordinances and <br />shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, <br />its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean <br />and sanitary condition. <br />(c) The licensee or agent shall notify park occupants <br />of all appl icable provisions of this Ordinance and inform <br />them of their duties and ~esponsibil ities under this Ordinance. <br />(d) The licensee or agent shall maintain ~ register <br />of park occupancy which shal I contain the fol lowing information, <br /> <br />(1) Name and address of park res i dents; <br />(2) Mobile home registration date, including make, <br />length, width, year of manufacture and identification number; <br />(3) Location of each mobile home within the park <br />by space or lot number and street ~ddress; and <br />(4) Dates of a,r,r:ival and departure. <br /> <br />(e) A new register shall be initiated on January 1st <br />of each 'ye1ar,j arid tne ol'd 'rEig'iste'; be retired but shall be, <br />retained on the 'premises f';'rat least three (3) years following <br />the retirement. Registers shall be available for inspection <br />at all reasonable times by an official of the City of San <br />Marcos whose duties may necessitate access to the information <br />contained therein. <br />(f) The I icensee or agent shall furnish to the Tax <br />Assessor-Collector for ~he City ~f San Marcos within ten (10), <br />days after the first day of January of each year, a list of <br />a II mobile homes res i dent in the park on the first day of <br />January. The I ist shall contain the owner's name and address; <br />the make, I ength,w i dth, year of manufacture and i dent i fi cat ion <br />number of the mobile home; and the 'address or location descrip- <br />tion of said mobile home within the park. Said lists shall <br />be prepared using forms provided by the Assessor-Collector <br />for the City. " <br /> <br />Within ten (10) days after the first day of July~f <br />each y~ar, the I icensee or agent shall furnish to the City <br />Tax Assessor-Collector the same data required in the pre- <br />ceding paragraph on all residents who have moved into the <br />park after the first day of January including the foregoing <br />data plus the date on which each mobile home left the par'k, <br />and the d,estination of t'he mobile home if this destination <br />can be obtained. <br /> <br />(2) Responsibil ities of Park Occupants. <br /> <br />(a) All responsibil ities set out elsewhere In this <br />Ordinance. <br />(b) The park occupant sha"comply with all I'equire- <br />ments of this Ordinance and shall maintain his mobile home <br />space, its faci i ities and equipment in, good r'epair and ina <br />clean and sanitary condition. <br />(c) The park occupant shal I be responsible for proper <br />placement of his mobile home in its mobile home stand and <br />proper i nsta I I at i on of a II uti I i ty connecti ons in accordance <br />with the instructions of the park management, <br />(d) The park ~ccupant shall anchor hi. mobile home <br />sufficient to withstand high wind. <br />(e) Skirting, porches, awnings, and other additions, <br />when installed, shal I be maintained in good repair, The <br />use of space i mmedi ate I y underneath a mobile home for storage <br />shall be permitted only under the fol lowing conditions: ' <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
