A-6 Parcel Nos. lA-2, 4-lA, 11-18 WARRANTY DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF HAYS That the URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, Hays County, Texas, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considera- tion to it in hand paid by the Grantee herein named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the City of San Marcos, Grantee, the following described real property and improvements located thereon located within the City of San ~mrcos, Hays County, Texas, to-wit: Parcel lA-2: Being 2.3374 acres of land out of and a part of Block 3, Block 21 and Block--29, Old Town of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, said 2.3374 acre tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the proposed east right-of- way line of C. East, along the west line of said Block 28, a distance of 291.05 feet to its southwest corner for a corner of the herein described tract; THENCE South 20 deg. 51 min. 24 sec. West, a distance of 414.70 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker found at a corner of the north right-of-way line of Hopkins Street; THENCE South 09 deg. 24 min. 00 sec. East, along the present right-of-way line of Hopkins Street, a distance of 24.15 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker found for a corner, said concrete right-of-way marker is also located North 09 deg. 25 min. 00 sec.
