East, along the cut bank of the San Marcos River, a distance of 61.87 feet to an angle point; THENCE South 45 deg. 57 min. 00 sec. East, continuing along the cut bank or the San Marcos River, a distance of 161.01 feet to a point for corner in the north- westerly right-of-way line of the M,K.&T.
