<br />1972 - 39 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO EXECUTE A SECOND AMENDED COOPERATION AG~EEMENT <br />WITH THE U~BAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, IN CONNECTION WITH AN U,~BAN ,~ENEWAL <br />P~OJECT TEX. A-6, AND DECLARING AN EME~GENCY. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHE~EAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement <br />with the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />for the purpose of expediting and assuring the completion of the <br />Urban Renewa I Project, NDP Project, Tex. A-6, located with in the <br />city I imits of the City of San Marcos, Texas; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CJTY ~F SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, THAT; <br /> <br />SECTION 1, The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br />a Second Amended Cooperation Agreement with the Urban Renewal <br />Agency of the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the undertaking and <br />completion of the Urban Renewal Project, NDP Project, Tex. A-6, <br />within the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> <br />SECTION 2, <br />attached hereto as <br />approved. <br /> <br />The Second Amended Cooperation Agreement is <br />Exhibit "A" and made a,part hereof and hereby <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
