Since health is a prerequisite to all <br />other facets of an individual's existence, it becomes impera- <br />tive that some resource be created to meet this need. <br /> <br />II. COORDINATION: <br /> <br />The program would be coordinated and operated out of the <br />existing program facilities utilizing services of the Hays <br />and Caldwell Community Action Agency and County Health staff. <br /> <br />III.
