EXHIBIT A Form No. 941 Minute No. 2265 LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY STAl'IDAlID RESIDENTIAL RATE SCHEDULE B-lB AVAILABILITY Available: In Kerrville and San Marcos I APPLICABILITY Applicable to all residential customers served from local alternating cuI'l'ent distribution system. Service under this schedule shall apply only to electric service in a single private dwelling and its appurtenances, the major uae of which is for lighting and household appliances, for the personal comfort and convenience of those residlng therein. Private dwellings in which space is occasionally used for the conduct of business by a person residing therein will be served under this rate schedule. Where a portion of a dwelling is used regularly for the conduct of businesa, the electricity consumed in that portion so used will be separately metered and billed under the.appropriate Basic Lighting and Power Rate. If.separate circuits are not provided by the customer, the entire premises shall be classified as non- residential and billed accordingly. This schedule shall not apply to service to institutions such as clUbS, .fraternities, public housing authorities, orphanages or homes; recognized rooming or boarding houses; the space in an apartment or other residential building primarily devoted to use as an office or studio for profes- sional or other gainful purposes. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Alternating current service at approximately 60 cycles, 110 or 220 volts, either single phase, two-wire or three-wire; or, three phase, three-wire or four- wire, as may be required by Distributor. Service to water heater to be subject to installation by consumer of off-peak control of approved type. PAYMENT Above rates are net, the gross rates being ten per cent (l~) higher. In the event that the current monthly bill is not paid within ten (10) days from date of bill, the gross rates shall apply. SINGLE POINT DELIVERY The above rates are based upon the supply of service to the entire premises through a single deli very- and metering point. Separate supply for the same customer ~her points of ,delivery shall be separately metered and billed.
