<br />-I <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after an engineering and traffic investigation, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, has <br /> <br />found that the free flow and expeditious handling of <br /> <br />traffic under conditions existing at the locations describ- <br /> <br />ed below, requires that, on and after December 28, 1970, <br /> <br />traffic upon such streets and alleys move only in a <br /> <br />one-way direction, such locations, streets and alleys <br /> <br />being described as follows: <br /> <br /> STREET fB..QM IQ DIRECTION OF <br /> Ql!l-WAY MOVEMENT <br /> Guadalupe Colorado Grove Southbound <br /> Lyndon B. Johnson Grove Colorado Northbound <br /> Grove Guadalupe LBJ Eastbound <br />I &hI'L..
