135 RESOLUTION NO. 19 81-46R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN SAID CITY AND PRO-TECH 5NGINEERING GROUP, INC., OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FOR THE PROVISION OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN ODNNECTION WITH STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPNDVEMENTS IN THE BARBARA DRIVE AREA OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AAD DECLARING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. WHEREAS, THE City Council of The City of San Marcos, Texas, intends to make certain improvements to streets and drainage facilities in the Barbara Drive area of the City of San Marcos; and, WHERE~S, after consideration and investigation, said Council finds that Pro-Tech Engineering Group, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas, is qualified to provide engineering services in connection with said improvements; and, WHEREAS, said Council wishes to employ Pro-Tech Engineering Group to provide such engineering services; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY (DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN M~RCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the Contract For Engineering Services between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and Pro-Tech Engineering Group, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas, for the provision of professional services in connection with improvements to streets and drainage in the Barbara Drive area, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and the same is hereby approved in all respects. PART 2. That the city manager of said city, A.C. Gonzalez: be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said contract on behalf of said City. PART 3.
