THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE <br />PRESENTS: <br /> <br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation <br />of Hays County, Texas, existing by and under authority of the <br />State of Texas, acting through its Mayor Pro-Tempore Berry R. <br />James, duly authorized by Ordinance enacted July 27, 1981, herein- <br />after "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of One <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), in hand paid by Daniel Aguilar, <br />Jr., of Hays County, Texas, hereinafter "Grantee", the receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, <br />and, by these presents, does GR3~NT, SELL and CONVEY to Grantee <br />all the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ail of Lot Thirteen (13), Block Thirty-Two (32), in <br />the Second Section of Victory Gardens Addition to <br />the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, according <br />to the map or plat thereof, of said addition on record <br />in Volume 130, Pages 48-52, Hays County Deed Records. <br /> <br /> TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together with <br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise <br />belonging unto said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever. <br /> <br /> And, Grantor does hereby bind itself, its legal representatives <br />and assigns, TO WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and-singular the <br />said premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns against <br />every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, <br /> <br />or any part thereof. <br /> <br /> WITNESS MY HA~D this the <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tempore <br />City of San Marcos <br />Hays County, Texas <br /> <br /> <br />
