A separate supply of water for the same consumer at other <br />points of consumption shall be separately metered and billed. <br />Optional Methodology for Measurement of Use by Industrial Users: <br />An industrial user that uses a 2-inch or larger meter may submit a written request for the use <br />of a methodology to determine the amount of wastewater services used other than metering <br />of water or wastewater use. The methodology must be designed to charge the user for actual <br />wastewater service use, and is subject to approval by the Director of Waterl Wastewater <br />Utility Operations. If approved, the methodology will be used for a period of three years,
