Single Point of Deliver The above rates are based upon the supply of water to the entire premises through a single delivery and metering point. A separate supply of water for the same consumer at other points of consumption shall be separately metered and billed. Optional Methodology for Measurement of Use by Industrial Users: An industrial user that uses a 2-inch or larger meter may submit a written request for the use of a methodology to determine the amount of wastewater services used other than metering of water or wastewater use. The methodology must be designed to charge the user for actual wastewater service use, and is subject to approval by the Director of Waterl Wastewater Utility Operations. If approved, the methodology will be used for a period of three years,
