Section 14. APPROVAL OF ESCROW AGREEMENT AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS. The Mayor or Mayor Pro-tem of the City is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver and the City Clerk of the City is hereby authorized and directed to attest an Escrow Agreement in substantially the form presented. In addition, the Mayor and Director of Finance are each hereby authorized to execute such subscriptions or other documentation for the purchase of United States Treasury Securities, and to authorize the transfer of such funds of the City, as may be necessary for the Escrow Fund. Section 15. APPROVAL OF PAYING AGENT/REGISTRAR AGREEMENT.
