Highway No. 12 for the northwest corner of the Weatherford 41.42 acre tract; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGIArNING as sho~n~ on that plat numbered 24977-01-3.A-b dated October 17, 2001 as prepared for the City of San Marcos by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, with the cormmon north line of the Weatherford 41.42 acre tract and the south line of R.M. Highway NO. 12, S 80° 38' 28" E 27.39 feet to a ~" iron rod set for the northeast corner of this description, from which a Tx-DOT concrete monument found bears S 80° 38' 28" E 247.32 feet; THENCE leaving the common north line of the Weatherford 41.42 acre tract and the south line of R.M.
