Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.071- Consultation with Attorney, <br />§551.074 - Personnel Matters and §551.087- Deliberation Regarding Economic Development <br />Matters, the San Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 10:00 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, July 6, 2010 in order to discuss matters pertaining to: <br />A. Receive advice of legal counsel regarding matters pertaining to the termination of former City • <br />Manager Rick Menchaca. <br />B. Deliberation regarding City Manager vacancy. <br />C. Deliberation on offers of possible incentives to entities considering locating or expanding in <br />the San Marcos community. <br />30. The Executive Session adjourned at 11:09 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010. No further action <br />was required from Executive Session. <br />31. Question and answer session with press and public. <br />There were no questions. <br />32. Adjournment. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Thomason and a second by <br />Councilmember Terry, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the <br />regular session of the San Marcos City Council at 11:10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.
