As Federal fands may be used in relation to the property purchased, we <br />are required to disclose the following information as required by the U.S. Department of Housing <br />and Urban Developmem ("HUD"): <br /> <br /> I. This proposed sale is voluntary on your part. If you do not wish to sell the <br /> property, or ifa satisfactory agreement carmot be reached for the sale, the City will not use <br /> its power of eminent domain to acquire the property. <br /> <br /> 2. The estimated fair market value of the property is $28,000.00 <br /> <br /> HWD rules also state that when the information provided above is disclosed after an <br />option to purchase or contract has been executed between the Buyer and the Seller, the Seller <br />must be provided the opportunity to withdraw from the agreement. <br /> <br /> Please understand that if you do not wish to sell your property, we will take no further <br />action to acquire it. This is not a commitment to purchase any property and represents only an <br />indication of our interest in discussing the purchase of the subject property with you.
