Fax: 512- 396 -4656 Fax: 512- 396 -4064 <br />ARTICLE 13 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />13.1 The City will compensate the Consultant, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br />Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br />13.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Consultant for Basic Services as described <br />in Sections 1.1 through 1.8 will not exceed $127,050.00. This compensation is divided among <br />the Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses [ only if Reimbursables split into separate line <br />item otherwise add below] as follows: <br />1.1 <br />TASK 1— PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />$ <br />15,100.00 <br />1.2 <br />TASK 2 —TITLE SERVICES <br />$ <br />9,240.00 <br />1.3 <br />TASK 3 —RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENTS <br />$ <br />12,900.00 <br />1.4 <br />TASK 4— INITIAL APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />$ <br />6,720.00 <br />1.4 <br />TASK 5— NEGOTIATION SERVICES <br />$ <br />69,510.00 <br />1.7 <br />TASK 6— CLOSING SERVICES <br />$ <br />12,330.00 <br />$125,800.00 <br />REIMBURSEABLE EXPENSES $ 1,250.00 <br />TOTAL FEE: $127,050.00 <br />13.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Consultant will be <br />computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rates: <br />Project Manager <br />$160.00 /hr <br />Sr. Right of Way Agent <br />$120.00/hr <br />Right of Way Agent <br />$90.00 /hr <br />Administrative Technician <br />$75.00 /hr <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
