H 35 North Frontagw Road <br /> <br />In response to the subject letter, an appraisal of the <br />property was performed. <br /> <br />The current market value of the property was set at <br />$27,300.00. <br /> <br />The proposed use of the site would b.e beneficial to the <br />City in detering theft of City equipment and supplies in <br />the area. <br /> <br />The property to the rear of this site could possibly be <br />used for a service center (.City Shop, warehouse and vehicle <br />storage) in the future. <br /> <br />Attached are the following: <br /> <br />1.
