Along a curve to the right, having a radius of 440.00 feet, an atc length of 365.92 feet, and a chord which bears North 24°20'20" West,a distance of 355A 7 feet to a 1/2" rebar with cap set in the northwest line of the forth 64.873 acre tract, being in the southeast line of a 2.34 acre tract described in a Warranty Deed With Vendor's Lien to Alan Dale Lowden et ux dated October 10, 2000 and appearing of record in Volume 1728, Page 233 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, from which a 1/2" rebarfoundin the existing northeast right-of-way line of Old Stagecoach Road at the south comer of the said 2.34 acre tract, being in the northwest line of the forth 64.873 acre tract, bears South 42°57'17" West, a distance of 660.62 feet; THENCE North 42°57'17" East, along the southeast line of the 2.34 acre tract, being the northwest line of the fourth 64.873 acre tract, a distance of 464.63 feet to a nail found at the easternmost corner of the 2.34 acre tract, being at the southeast comer of a remaining portion of a 50 acre tract described in a Exchange Warranty Deed to Stanley Carlton Hughson dated December 22, 1995 and appearing of record in Volume 1196, Page 849 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; THENCE North 42°27'42" East, along the common line of the said 50 acre tract and the fourth 64.873 acre tract, a distance of 950.22 feet to a 1/2" rebar with cap set at the easternmost corner of the 50 acre tract, being at the south comer of the said 106.126 acre tract; THENCE North 42°27'42" East, continuing along the northwest line of the fourth 64.873 acre tract, being the southeast line of the 106.126 acre tract, a distance of 1088.95 feetto the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 47.575 acres of land, more or less.
