Hopkins, at 8:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, to consider the <br />following: <br />An amendment to the future land use map <br />from High Density Residential (HDR) to <br />Medium Density Residential (MDR) for a 1,35 <br />acre, more or less, tract of land In the J.M <br />Veramendi Survey No. 2, Abstract No. 17 A <br />400 Briar Meadow Rd. In addition, all Inter- <br />ested persons may speak for or against a <br />concurrent ordinance amending the official <br />zoning map of the City by rezoning this tract <br />from Future Development (FD) at the time of <br />Annexation to Multi- Family (MF -12). <br />An amendment to the future land use map <br />from High Density Residential (HDR) to <br />Medium Density Residential (MDR) for a 4.53 <br />acre, more or less, tract of land in the J.M <br />Veramendl Survey No. 2, Abstract No. 17 at <br />201 Briar Meadow Rd. In addition, all inter- <br />ested persons may speak for or against a <br />concurrent ordinance amending the official <br />zoning map of the City by rezoning this'tract <br />from Future Development (FD) at the time of <br />Annexation to Multi - Family (MF -12). <br />An amendment to the, future land use map <br />from Industrial (1) to Medium Density <br />Residential (MDR) for a 4.85 acre, more or <br />less, tract of land in the J.M Veramendi <br />Survey No. 2, Abstract No. 17 at the south- <br />east corner of Briar Meadow Road and the <br />Missouri Pacific RR. In addition, all Interest- <br />ed persons may speak for or against a con- <br />current ordinance amending the official zon- <br />ing map of the City by rezoning this tract <br />from Light Industrial (LI) to Multi - Family (MF- <br />12). <br />An amendment to the future land use map <br />from Commercial (C) to Medium Density <br />Residential (MDR) for a 4.85 acre, more or <br />less, tract of land in the J.M Veramendi <br />Survey No. 2, Abstract No. 17 at approxi- <br />mately 600 feet west of the 1900 Block of <br />North IH -35 and 200 feet north of MITI Street <br />subdivision.
