The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />24. Consider an ordinance amending Article 4, Wreckers, of Chapter 90, Vehicles for Hire <br />of the San Marcos City Code to update, expand and clarify city regulations for wrecker • <br />services that perform tows in the City; including procedural provisions and consider <br />ordinance on second of three readings. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Guerrero and a second by Councilmember <br />Thomaides, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adopt an ordinance <br />amending Article 4, Wreckers, of Chapter 90, Vehicles for Hire, of the San Marcos City Code on <br />the second of three readings. The motion carried unanimously. <br />26. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2008-39, adopted September 16, 2008. amending the <br />future land use map from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Mixed Use (MU) for a 0.6014 <br />acre, more or less, tract of land located at 408 Valley Street; amending the official zoning <br />may of the City by rezoning this tract from Sinele Family Residential District (SF-6) to <br />Mixed Use District (MU); including procedural provisions. <br />Ordinance 2008-39 was not reconsidered. <br />27.
