Agreement, or which might benefit the Project to the extent the City desires to incorporate such revisions into the Project; b) Preparation and evaluation of a water system model; c) Design of a traffic control plan for the Project; d) Redesign after the City or its designated representative has approved the plans and specifications for the Project; e) Preparation of environmental assessments and impact statement; f) Providing assistance in resolving any Hazardous Environmental Condition, or cultural resource or site uncovered after the date of this Agreement; g) Preparing to serve or serving as a consultant or witness in behalf of the Owner, in any litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution process related to this Project. h) Other services performed or furnished not otherwise provided for under this Agreement. 1.4.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Engineer must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 15.3 of this Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds $50,000.00. ARTICLE 2 THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES The City will: 2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding the City's requirements for the Engineer's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies of official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the City's possession needed by the Engineer at the Engineer's request. 2.2 Designate Jennifer Shell, P.E., Senior Engineer, as the City's Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Engineer and promptly render responses to the Engineer on issues requiring a decision by the City. 2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter public and private property as required for the Engineer to perform its services under this Agreement. 2.4 Locate and mark all known existing waterlines within the boundaries of the Project site. 2.5 Provide SCADA information for direct incorporation into the construction documents. 2.6 Flag all existing City utilities adjacent to and within the Project site prior to the design survey.
