Agreement, or which might benefit the Project to the extent the City desires to <br />incorporate such revisions into the Project; <br />b) Preparation and evaluation of a water system model; <br />c) Design of a traffic control plan for the Project; <br />d) Redesign after the City or its designated representative has approved the plans and <br />specifications for the Project; <br />e) Preparation of environmental assessments and impact statement; <br />f) Providing assistance in resolving any Hazardous Environmental Condition, or cultural <br />resource or site uncovered after the date of this Agreement; <br />g) Preparing to serve or serving as a consultant or witness in behalf of the Owner, in any <br />litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution process related to this Project. <br />h) Other services performed or furnished not otherwise provided for under this <br />Agreement. <br />1.4.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Engineer <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 15.3 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $50,000.00. <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Engineer's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies of <br />official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the <br />City's possession needed by the Engineer at the Engineer's request. <br />2.2 Designate Jennifer Shell, P.E., Senior Engineer, as the City's Project Manager and <br />authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City <br />will examine the documents and information submitted by the Engineer and promptly render <br />responses to the Engineer on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Engineer to perform its services under this Agreement. <br />2.4 Locate and mark all known existing waterlines within the boundaries of the Project site. <br />2.5 Provide SCADA information for direct incorporation into the construction documents. <br />2.6 Flag all existing City utilities adjacent to and within the Project site prior to the design <br />survey. <br />Bury - --Vdige Booster Pump Project <br />10
