• RESOLUTION 2008-145R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO <br />COLORADO MATERIALS, LTD. FOR THE PURCHASE OF ROAD <br />BUILDING MATERIALS FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, <br />STREET DIVISION IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $500,000.00; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Colorado Materials, Ltd. located in San <br />Marcos, Texas for the purchase of road building materials (IFB 209-002) for the Public Works <br />Department, Street Division in the estimated amount of $500,000.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
