Section 12.01 of the City Charter is amended as follows (underlining indicates <br />added language; overstrike indicates deleted language): <br /> <br />Sec. 12.01. Public access to records. <br /> <br />All infonnation collected, assembled or maintained by the city pursuant to law or ordinance <br />or in connection with the transaction of official city business is public infonnation and <br />available to the public during nonnal business hours of the city under the tenns and <br />conditions provided in the Texas Public Infonnation Open Records Act as amended. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held to <br />be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this <br />ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resQlutions in conflict <br />with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
