<br />and for the cost of all Make-Ready Work associated with the Permit. The Licensee may proceed <br />to make the Attachments covered by the Permit only after the Permit is issued. <br /> <br />6.09. If the Licensee does not make the Attachments authorized by a Permit within 30 days ofthe <br />issuance of the Permit, the City may revoke the permit for the Attachments, unless the Licensee <br />gives notice to the City within the 30 days that the particular circumstances require an additional <br />30 days. In instances where the City revokes a permit under this provision, the City will <br />endeavor to make other space available to Licensee, upon written request, as soon as reasonably <br />possible. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 7. MAKE-READY WORKIINSTALLATION OF ATTACHMENTS BY <br />LICENSEE <br /> <br />7.01. In the event the City determines that Make-Ready Work is necessary to accommodate <br />Attachments for which the Licensee has applied for a Permit, the City will advise the Licensee of <br />the estimated costs of the Make-Ready Work. <br /> <br />7.02. The City at its discretion may require prepayment of the cost of Make-Ready Work. When <br />prepayment is not required by the City, the Licensee will pay the City's the cost of the Make- <br />Ready Work upon completion and before the Permit is issued. <br /> <br />7.03. Unless the City specifically determines otherwise in connection with a particular <br />application, all Make-Ready Work will be performed only by the City or by a contractor <br />authorized by the City to perform the work. <br /> <br />7.04. In performing all Make-Ready Work to accommodate the Licensee's Facilities, the City <br />will endeavor to include the work in the City's normal work schedule. If the Licensee requests <br />that Make-Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of the City's normal work <br />hours, the Licensee agrees to pay any resulting increased costs. Whether to prioritize a particular <br />request of the Licensee, however, will be in the City's sole discretion. <br /> <br />7.05. The Licensee will perform all of its installation, removal and maintenance work, whether <br />by its own personnel or by contractors 1) at the Licensee's sole cost and expense, 2) in a good <br />and workmanlike manner, 3) in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the Applicable <br />Standards; and 4) in a manner that does not adversely or materially affect the structural integrity <br />of the Poles, any City Facilities, or any facilities or equipment of Other Licensees. <br /> <br />7.06. The Licensee will ensure that any person installing, maintaining, removing or performing <br />any work on the Licensee's Facilities is duly qualified and familiar with the Applicable <br />Standards. <br /> <br />7.07. In the event a Permit application of the Licensee is approved that requires Make-Ready <br />Work, and the Licensee withdraws the application after the City commences any necessary <br />engineering, administrative or field work for the Make-Ready Work, the Licensee will pay the <br />City for all costs incurred by City until the time the City receives notice of the cancellation. <br /> <br />9 <br />
