<br />This Exhibit 3 is a list of pl~ts composed of selected native and adaptive plant material suitable f0l4ne 5IñefUal)'. This is
<br />not an all-exclusive plant list, but rather a list of appropriate plant materials, which for the most part, are readily available in the local
<br />nursery trade. As regional and xeriscape planting techniques become more mainstreaJI1, additional native plant species may become
<br />available in the marketplace. Therefore, the list of approved plants may be amended from time to time.
<br />
<br />Due to the morestructured character of the Sanctuary, the area available for landscaping of individual lots is in many cases
<br />limited. Landscape planting is provided in the fonn of street trees, and landscaped open spaces such as squares and parks. Landscape
<br />planting is required for large streetyards and parking lots, as more fully set forth in the Planned Development District. Live Oak trees
<br />may not be planted as ornamental trees.
