AGREEMENT <br />For and in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, obligations and benefits <br />described in this Amendment, the City and GBRA agree to amend the Restated Agreement as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. The term "Project Debt Instruments," as defined in clause (17) of Section 1 <br />of the Restated Agreement, is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows (italics indicate <br />added wording): <br />(17) "Project Debt Instruments" means all notes, bonds, or other financial <br />obligations made to construct, complete, improve, or repair the Raw Water <br />Delivery System or the Plant, and any obligations issued to refund any <br />outstanding Project Debt Instruments. <br />effect. <br />SECTION 2.
