Street trees will be provided at a <br />rate of approximately 1 tree per 2 parallel parking <br />spaces along Lindsey and 1 tree per 3 parallel <br />parking spaces along Fredericksburg. Street trees <br />will be a minimum of 5-caliper inches. A minimum <br />of 2 benches will be provided along all street <br />frontages. <br />3) Code compliant. <br />Tree mitigation will exceed code at a rate of 105%. <br />All specimen trees removed will be replaced inch <br />for inch. This equates to removal of approximately <br />283 caliper inches with replacement of <br />approximately 300 caliper inches on-site. <br />It is estimated 10 trees will be saved totaling <br />approximately 123 caliper inches. <br />*These calculations must be confirmed at the design <br />phase of the project. However, the redevelopment <br />will exceed the minimum tree mitigation <br />requirements by 5%. <br />-4-
