Section 2.549. Designated use of the juvenile case manager fee and • <br />administration. <br />The fees collected under section 2.548 shall be used only to finance the salary <br />and benefits of any juvenile case manager employed under Article 45.056 of the <br />Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. <br />SECTION 2. Pursuant to Article 102.0174 of the Texas Code of Criminal <br />Procedure, the City Council establishes the amount of the Municipal Court Juvenile <br />Case Manager Fee at $5.00. <br />SECTION 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this <br />ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />the other provisions of this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect <br />without the invalid portion. <br />SECTION 4. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br />SECTION 5.
