Additional Services <br />Tree Preservation Design <br />1.) Design block wall retaining walls to preserve existing heritage trees within project <br />limits at approximately 29 locations (approximate total wall length of 2,500 linear <br />feet). Locations are provided in table format in Appendix A. <br />2.) Locate and design metal beam guard fence to preserve existing heritage trees <br />within project limits at approximately 9 locations (approximately 2,100 linear <br />feet). Locations are provided in table format in Appendix A. <br />3.) Revise ditch alignments and profiles to preserve existing heritage trees within <br />project limits at approximately 11 locations (approximately 1,800 linear feet). <br />Locations are provided in table format in Appendix A. <br />4.) Calculate earthwork and revise necessary plan sheets for Items I through 3. <br />5.) Coordinate tree preservation with City of San Marcos and other groups as <br />directed. <br />Landscaping Services <br />1.) Provide landscaping services for the intersections of Wonder World Drive at RM <br />12, Craddock Avenue, Hunter Road and IH -35. <br />2.) Provide landscaping services along right -of -way between IH -35 and Hunter Road. <br />3.) Coordinate landscaping design with City. <br />4.) See attached scope from Clark Condon for additional details. <br />Hike /Bike Trail Services <br />1.) Survey approximately 4,500 linear feet by 30 feet of width of proposed route to <br />connect Hunter Road to Purgatory Park hike and bike trail. (See attached scope <br />from MTZ Corporation for additional details). <br />2.) Design 4,500 linear feet of hikeibike trail to connect Hunter Road with Purgatory <br />Park hikeibike trail. Trail will be 10 feet in width composed of decomposed <br />granite material, matching Purgatory Park. Trail will follow existing grades and <br />be non -ADA compliant. <br />3.) Design low- impact parking lot to accommodate 4 vehicles at a location to be <br />determined by the City. <br />
