The motion carried unanimously. <br />18. Consider an ordinance approving the release and abandonment of a 20 foot public <br />utility easement across a portion of property located at 309 Lazy Lane Drive; and consider <br />ordinance on first of three readings. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by Councilmember <br />Guerrero, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve the ordinance <br />on the first of three readings. Consider an ordinance amending Article 2 of the Code of Ordinances by adding <br />Sections 2.548 and 2.549 to establish a Municipal Court Juvenile Case Manager Fee and <br />create a Municipal Court Juvenile Case Manager Fund; setting the amount of the Juvenile <br />Case Manager Fee; and consider ordinance on first of three readings. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Guerrero and a second by Councilmember <br />Couch, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve the ordinance on <br />the first of three readings. Consider adoption on third and final reading of Ordinance 2008 -52, increasing the rate <br />for once per week collection of residential solid waste and recyclable materials from $13.98 <br />per month to $15.75 per month effective upon the commencement of single stream <br />residential recycling by Texas Disposal Systems; including procedural provisions; and <br />providing an effective date. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Guerrero, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance <br />2008 -52, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />21. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2008 -49, adopted October 6, 2008, amending the official <br />zoning may of the City to ratify the adoption of the Blanco River Village Planned <br />Development District overlay for a 103.788 acre, more or less, tract of property, amend the <br />Planned Development District by changing the zoning for the Unit Series B from "SF4.5" <br />Single Family Residential District to "MF -12" Multi - family District and approving <br />modified development standards for Unit Series A and Unit Series B; including procedural <br />provisions. 0 <br />RM110308 Minutes <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
