Engineer, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br />13.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Engineer for Basic Services as described <br />in Sections 1.0 through 1.2 is a fixed fee of $62,735.40. This compensation is divided among the <br />Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses as follows: <br />1.1 RIVER ROAD OVERPASS PROJECT $14,580.00 <br />1.2 CRADDOCK AVENUE EXTENSION BRIDGE <br />ALTERNATIVES STUDY PROJECT $45,590.00 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES $ 2,565.40 <br />TOTAL FEE: $62,735.40 <br />13.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Engineer will be <br />computed based on the Engineer's standard hourly rates: <br />Project Manager/PE $ 175.00 <br />Senior Engineer/PE $ 150.00 <br />Project Engineer/PE $ 135.00 <br />Design Engineer/PE $ 115.00 <br />Engineer-in-Training $ 110.00 <br />Designer $ 105.00 <br />CAD Tech $ 75.00 <br />Admin $ 75.00 <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
