Report Preparation and Review, Each ................................................................................................................................................ 30.00 <br />REMARKS <br />¦ *Hourly rates are portal to portal from the Consultant's office at 11500 Metric Boulevard, Suite 430 in Austin, Texas <br />with a minimum of 4 hours per callout. <br />¦ A transportation charge of $.58 per mile will apply for all fieldwork with a minimum of $35.00 per trip. <br />¦ Services performed outside the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or over 8 hours per day on weekdays and anytime <br />on weekends or holidays will be billed at an overtime rate of 1.5 times the rates listed above. <br />¦ A $50.00 charge will be applied to each site visit scheduled less than eight (8) hours in advance. <br />¦ Services cancelled less than eight (8) hours in advance will be charged a three (3) hour minimum show-up fee and <br />transportation charge. A Nuclear Density Gauge charge will be applied when applicable. <br />¦ Laboratory testing other than concrete compression testing requiring overtime, weekend or holiday work will be <br />invoiced at applicable test rates plus Engineering Technician and/or Senior Engineering Technician overtime <br />charges. <br />¦ A two (2) hour Administrative Assistant fee will be charged for Initial Project Set-up. <br />¦ Services and fees not listed above will be quoted upon request. <br />¦ Rates involving mileage (including transportation, mobilization, vehicle and trip charges) are subject to change <br />based upon increases in the national average gasoline price.
